April Pounders, RN, CTR
April has been working in healthcare for over twenty-three years in a variety of roles. After working as a critical care oncology nurse for approximately fifteen years, she spent five years working in oncology case management – working closely with physicians and administrators to provide care for patients throughout their hospital stay. In 2003, after being approached by administration, she took on the challenge of Cancer Registry Manager in an effort to maintain approval status of their large cancer program. Her dedication and management paid off, maintaining approval status with commendation. She obtained her CTR in September 2004 and continued working with the cancer program, implementing several process improvements. In 2005, she joined the eOutcomes, Inc. team as Marketing Manager. April utilizes her expertise in Oncology and Cancer Registry Operations to analyze current workflow processes and determine alternative methods to streamline those processes electronically.

Evelyn Sciocchetti, CTR
Evelyn received her BS in Human Biology from the State University at Albany, NY in December 2001. She worked at Albany Medical Center for three years as a Laboratory Information Technician and maintained the sole HIV database for the center. After gaining experience in HIV coding, specimen processing and confidential result reporting, her interests turned to learning coding as part of cancer care. Evelyn joined the New York State Central Cancer Registry and received training in ICD-03 coding, case abstracting and staging, state reporting and QA review of registry data. After becoming a Central Registry Coding Specialist II, she earned her CTR certification in September 2005. As a support team member, Evelyn utilizes her CTR knowledge as well as her software knowledge to help assist clients with support questions on a daily basis.

Novy Tan, CTR
Novy has been working in the Cancer Registry profession for over twelve years, beginning at University of Washington Medical Center. She initially started with data entry, query reports, follow-up and computer maintenance. In 2001, Novy’s commitment to the cancer registry field was evident when she did a self-study on the complete set of SEER Cancer Registry guide books and borrowed some old registry course notes from her colleague. This dedication paid off, as she earned her CTR certification in March 2001. Since earning her CTR, Novy has been instrumental in reviewing system database processes and procedures; working on various special projects related to registry software systems. Novy utilizes her expertise in Registry Software Systems and Registry Operations to provide support to our clients.

Randall Thomas
Randall comes to eOutcomes as a specialist in web product development having been one of the founders and the technical lead of a web-based financial services company whose product is in daily production use by several large Wall Street organizations. His technical experience with the financial product – from the implementation of data feeds at the clients and database conversions to daily client support – is brought to bear to ensure eOutcomes clients and users share in the same quality of experience.

Daniel F Devine
As President of eOutcomes Inc., Dan brings more then 20 years of industry leadership in developing and overseeing cutting edge cost effective software based solutions. These solutions are running in some of the world’s largest organizations. Dan’s leadership has attracted highly skilled team members in which he has fostered a zeal for superior client support. As markets have evolved Dan is frequently consulted for his in-depth understand of data collection, analysis, communication and reporting. Dan is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Aerospace Engineering.
